Elada Studios is a one-person studio in Australia, so replies aren't instant. Most emails get an answer within 1–2 business days, and you'll always hear back within five. If it's a bug, telling us your device, your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened saves a round trip.

You can also send us something from inside the game — Settings > SUBMIT FEEDBACK or Settings > REPORT A PROBLEM. Those are one-way, though; email is the way to get a reply.

FAQ

How many battles do I get for free?

Five battles a day. The count resets at midnight, local time on your device — you don't need to be online for it to reset.

The Daily Operation is free on top of that. It never uses one of your five, and you can play it even when the five are gone.

What does the Unlimited Play purchase do?

It removes the daily limit permanently — unlimited battles, forever. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

That's the only thing you can buy in Letterfire. There are no ads, no subscriptions, no consumables and no in-game currency to top up.

I bought Unlimited Play — how do I get it on a new device?

Sign in to the new device with the same Apple ID you bought it with, then restore the purchase from either place:

  • Settings > RESTORE PURCHASES — in the account block, when you're signed in to a Letterfire account.
  • The Resupply screen — tap Already purchased? Restore. This one works whether or not you have a Letterfire account.

The purchase is attached to your Apple ID, not to your Letterfire account, so it comes back even if you never signed in or you deleted your account. If a restore doesn't take, email us.

How do I delete my account, and what does that remove?

In the game: Settings > DELETE ACCOUNT. There's a two-step confirmation — a warning, then a typed confirmation — and after that it is permanent and can't be undone.

It removes your profile and progress (callsign, rank, stats, match history and achievements), any feedback or bug reports you sent us, diagnostic data linked to your account, and your sign-in itself.

Your Unlimited Play purchase is not lost — it stays attached to your Apple ID and can be restored at any time.

If you can't get into the app, you can ask us to delete it by email instead — see the account deletion page.

Do I need an account to play?

No. Letterfire is fully playable offline with no account — every mode, your daily battles and all your progress work on the device alone.

An account is only there if you want your career saved to the cloud and carried to another device. You can create one at any time, or never.

What data does the game collect?

Analytics and crash reporting are off by default and only run if you switch on Settings > SHARE USAGE DATA. No location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or advertising identifiers — and no tracking across other apps or sites.

The full detail is in the privacy policy.
