Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026

This policy explains how Elada Studios, ABN [49 46468 1542] ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information when you play Letterfire (the "Game"). We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

By downloading or playing Letterfire, you agree to the handling of information as described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

Information we collect

Information you choose to give us. Letterfire can be played without an account. If you choose to create an account or sign in to save your progress, we collect the details you provide — for example an email address or a sign-in identifier from Apple or Google.

Information collected automatically. When you play, we and our service providers may collect:

Purchases. If Letterfire offers in-app purchases, payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred but never see your full payment-card details.

How we use information

Analytics and third-party services

We use trusted third-party providers to deliver and improve the Game. These may include:

These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We don't sell your personal information.

Game platform services (Google Play Games & Apple Game Center)

On Android, Letterfire connects to Google Play Games Services, and on iOS to Apple Game Center, to sign you in to your platform gaming profile and show your achievements. This platform sign-in is handled by your device and governed by Google's or Apple's privacy policy. It is platform identity, not gameplay analytics, so it operates separately from the optional usage-data choice described above.

On Android, if you play signed in to both Google Play Games and a Letterfire account, we store an anonymous, encrypted link between your Play Games profile and your Letterfire account so that when you reinstall the Game we can offer to restore your account without a password. This link contains no personal information, and it is deleted when you delete your Letterfire account.

Disclosure of information

We don't sell your personal information or share it except: with the service providers listed above so they can perform services for us; where required by law or to respond to a valid legal request; or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business, in which case we'll require the recipient to protect your information consistently with this policy.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers (such as Google and Apple) store and process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. By using the Game you consent to this overseas handling. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers protect your information.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law. Analytics and diagnostic data is generally retained in aggregated or de-identified form. If you have an account, you can ask us to delete it at any time (see Deleting your account below).

Deleting your account and data

You have the right to delete your Letterfire account and the personal information associated with it at any time. Letterfire can be played without an account; if you've never signed in, we hold no account data about you to delete.

If you do have an account, you can request deletion by emailing us from the email address linked to your account (we use the sending address to confirm the account is yours):

Email: support@eladastudios.com — subject "Letterfire account deletion", letting us know which sign-in method you used (Email, Google or Apple).

We delete your account and associated data — your profile and progress, feedback you've sent (bug reports, suggestions, survey responses), diagnostic data linked to your account, and your sign-in — within 30 days of a verified request, and reply to confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Full instructions are on our account deletion page.

Children's privacy

Letterfire is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to delete your account data, by contacting us below. You can also opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings (Apple: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). If you have a privacy concern, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be notified in the Game.
