Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Letterfire account and the data tied to it at any time. If you played Letterfire without an account, nothing is stored on our servers and there's nothing to delete.

    Your profile & progress — account record, stats, settings and recent matches.
  • ×
    Feedback you sent — bug reports, suggestions and survey responses.
  • ×
    Diagnostic data — debug reports and uploaded debug logs linked to your account.
  • ×
    Your sign-in — your Email/Password, Google or Apple login for Letterfire.

This is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account and its data can't be recovered, and your in-game progress is gone.

Delete it yourself, in the app

The quickest way is from inside Letterfire. Open Settings, then choose DELETE ACCOUNT in the account section. You'll be asked to confirm twice — a warning, then a typed confirmation — and the deletion happens straight away.

Your one-time Unlimited Play purchase isn't affected: it stays attached to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored at any time.

// If you can't reach the game

Email us to delete your account

If you've uninstalled the Game or can't sign in, send us a deletion request from the email address linked to your Letterfire account. We use the sending address to confirm the account is yours, so please email from that address.

    Use the subject Letterfire account deletion and tell us which sign-in you used (Email, Google or Apple).

    We delete your account and associated data within 30 days (usually much sooner) and reply to confirm.
