This policy explains how Elada Studios, ABN [49 46468 1542] ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information when you play STAR FISH (the "Game"). We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Purchases. STAR FISH is sold through Steam. Purchases and refunds are processed by Valve, not by us — we never see your payment details. Your Steam profile (such as your display name and achievements) is handled by Valve under its own privacy policy.
